乌克兰是最早加入中国“一带一路”倡议的国家之一，两国之间也签署了很多框架性的文件来指导双方在该倡议下的合作。为了更好地实施中国和乌克兰两国之间建立的有关未来合作的计划，乌克兰驻华大使馆每年都会在服贸会的框架内组织乌克兰投资论坛。并希望通过该平台，为中国的投资者提供有用的信息，介绍乌克兰的投资环境及投资机遇。
